EID-EL-MAULUD: COORDINATOR OFFICE OF THE FIRST LADY FELICITATES MUSLIM FAITHFUL
The Coordinator, Office of the First Lady, Edo State, Mrs. Edesili Okpebholo Anani, has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim faithful on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Maulud celebration.
Mrs. Anani noted that the commemoration of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is a time for reflection on his exemplary virtues of peace, compassion, tolerance, and humility—values that remain timeless and relevant for building stronger communities.
She encouraged Muslims across Edo State and Nigeria to continue to uphold these noble virtues, stressing that they are critical for promoting unity, harmony, and mutual respect in society.
In her words: *“As we mark this year’s Eid-el-Maulud, I celebrate with our Muslim brothers and sisters. May this sacred occasion renew our faith, deepen our love for one another, and inspire us to work collectively for peace, progress, and the common good of our nation.”*
She prayed that Allah bless the Muslim Ummah with good health, prosperity, and spiritual fulfillment, while granting Nigeria enduring peace and sustainable development.
