The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office described the attack as “targeted,” possibly linked to gang rivalries, with multiple shooters opening fire around 8 p.m. at the banquet hall. No arrests have been made, but a $75,000 reward (FBI’s $50K + Stockton’s $25K) is offered for tips. Community vigils continue, with GoFundMe campaigns raising over $100K for the families.
