The newest event on Britain’s expanding fashion calendar, West Yorkshire Fashion Week, is quickly becoming a benchmark for artistic brilliance in the country.
The most recent edition, held at Cleckheaton’s chic Gomersal Park Hotel and Spa, featured a thrilling blend of creativity, culture, and emerging design talent. The initiative, which was started by Hollie Lesley Haughin, a graduate of fashion design school, intends to showcase designers outside of London’s bustling circuit, giving them space to thrive and highlighting the relationship between fashion and community.
GoldenHouseOfFab, established by Golden Iwuji, a designer known for fusing African-print textiles into contemporary European silhouettes, was one of the featured titles.
The collection showcased a striking fusion of color, culture, and couture sensibility, making the brand’s presentation anything but subtle. The runway collection by GoldenHouseOfFab was an emotional journey of hardness and showcasing bold femininity.
