Bright Iyamu Donates Security Motorbikes To Enhance Security Architecture

The honourable member representing Orhionmwon South at the Edo State House of Assembly, Hon Bright Iyamu has pledge his commitment to reduced the level of insecurity in the constituency.

Iyamu charged operatives of the Edo State Security Vigilante Network to ensure protection of life and property, eschew violence and discharge their duties within the ambit of the law while donating two security patrol motorbike to Benin-Abraka and Ugo sector command.

 

The security patrol motorbikes were presented to the vigilante sector commander, David Ehiarinwian of Benin-Abraka Sector Command and Atekha Orhue Sunday of Ugo Sector Command.

 

In his remarks while presenting the security patrol motorbikes to the vigilante commandants, Iyamu harped on the importance of community policing in our society, he said “security enhance safety, prevent incidents, protect lives and property and the overall well-being of individuals and communities. You must work in harmony with your community leaders, defend the land and shun all negativity”.

 

The vigilante sector commandant, David Ehiarinwian of Benin-Abraka Sector Command appreciated Hon. Iyamu for the laudable initiative “the security patrol motorbike will enable us comb the nooks and cranny of Benin-Abraka axis and ensure the safety of our people”.

 

Atekha Orhue Sunday, the sector commandant of Ugo, who was elated said “this gesture will make us more committed and dedicated to our jobs and ensure Ugo community and environ is crime free”

 

Iyamu fondly called the listening legislator by his constituents has once again delivered on his campaign promises to his people and reassure of more dedication and commitment to Orhionmwon South.
