CONGOs Calls for Unity and Reflection on Eid-ul-Adha

Eid-al-Adha embodies the concept of sacrifice and the profound demonstration of Allah’s love. This Eid significantly enhances our appreciation of faith and its reciprocal rewards.

• In this spirit, the Conference of Non-Governmental Organisations (CONGOs) wishes our dear Muslim faithful a fulfilling celebration and urges all Nigerians to embrace the reflective resolve this moment inspires, fostering genuine nation-building.

CONGOs requests that Muslims emphasize the importance of sacrifice in our current national reality and sincerely seek Allah’s eternal protection. The conference reminds Muslims to include in their prayers the need to entrust Nigeria and its people to Allah’s will.

It also encourages Nigerians to value the dynamics of communal living and peaceful coexistence.
