Easter Message: Edo Attorney General Wishes Edo People a Season of Peace and Love

2 min read

The Edo State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Dr. Samson Osagie, has extended his warmest greetings to the good people of Edo State at Easter.

In a statement, the Attorney General said Easter is a time of renewal and hope, and a reminder of the values of love, forgiveness, and sacrifice that Jesus Christ embodied. He stated that as Christians reflect on the significance of Easter, there is a need to draw inspiration from these values to build a more just and harmonious society. He enjoined Christian faithfuls to recommit themselves to ideals and principles that will work towards a brighter future for Edo State.

According to Dr. Osagie, the Easter season is a time for reflection and introspection. “Let us take a moment to reflect on our actions and behaviors, and consider how we can contribute to the betterment of our society. Let us strive to be agents of positive change, promoting love, kindness, and compassion in our communities.”

“As we celebrate this sacred occasion, I wish to assure the people of Edo State that the Ministry of Justice remains committed to serving the public interest. We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that justice is served, and that the rights of all citizens are protected. I urge everyone to join hands with us in promoting peace, understanding, and unity in our state.”

May this Easter season bring joy, peace, and love to our great state. May we emerge from this celebration renewed, rejuvenated, and recommitted to building a better future for ourselves and for generations to come. Happy Easter!
