The Coordinator, Office of the First Lady, Edo State, Mrs. Edesili Okpebholo Anani, has extended heartfelt condolences to the Deputy Governor of Edo State, Dennis Idahosa, following the passing of his beloved mother, Esther Imaguomwanruo Idahosa, née Enabulele.
In a condolence message, Mrs. Anani described the death of a mother as one of the most profound and irreplaceable losses in life, noting that mothers occupy a unique and sacred place in the family as pillars of love, sacrifice, wisdom, and unwavering support.
She stated that the nurturing presence, guidance, and prayers of mothers often shape the lives and character of their children, adding that the impact of a devoted mother continues to resonate even after her passing.
While acknowledging that death is an inevitable part of human existence, the Coordinator of the Office of the First Lady noted that the loss of a cherished mother leaves a deep void that words alone cannot fill. However, she emphasized that the memories, values, and enduring lessons instilled by mothers remain a guiding force throughout the lives of their children.
Mrs. Anani further noted that the legacy of the late matriarch would continue to reflect in the life, leadership, and service of the Deputy Governor and the entire Idahosa family. According to her, the deceased’s legacy of love, compassion, and dedication to family will remain a lasting source of strength and inspiration to all who knew her.
She prayed that God Almighty would grant the Deputy Governor, his family, and loved ones the strength, comfort, and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss, while also blessing them with divine consolation and grace during this difficult and trying period.
Mrs. Anani also urged the family to find solace in the remarkable life lived by the late Madam Idahosa and in the enduring legacy of love, compassion, and integrity she leaves behind.
