– *21-Year Jail Term for Sponsors*: Individuals providing financial or material support to secret cults face 21 years imprisonment.
– *10-Year Jail Term for Harboring Cultists*: Property owners who allow cult meetings or activities on their premises face 10 years imprisonment and possible property demolition.
– *Regulations for Hospitality Industry*: Hotels and guest houses must submit monthly guest lists to authorities, and failure to register with the Ministry of Commerce and Tourism will attract monthly fines.

The law aims to curb cult-related violence, protect public safety, and promote peace and order in Edo State.
