Reality TV icon Kris Jenner has captured online attention after revealing that her three-year-old grandson, Tatum, appears to communicate with her late ex-husband, Robert Kardashian Sr.
The 70-year-old made the touching revelation during a recent episode of The Kardashians while visiting her daughter Kylie Jenner’s home. The family jokingly speculated that the house might be haunted, adding a lighthearted backdrop to the emotional moment.
Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick were also present when the conversation took a more heartfelt turn. Khloé shared that Tatum once expressed a desire to “call Honey,” a nickname Kris says no one had ever taught him.
Kylie, visibly surprised, asked if Tatum actually called Kris “Honey,” and Khloé confirmed it, emphasizing that the nickname was never used around him. This prompted Kris to connect the dots, realizing that “Honey” was the affectionate name Robert Kardashian Sr. used for her during his lifetime.
The moment grew even more emotional when Tatum went beyond just the nickname, describing his grandfather in detail. Kris shared that Tatum said Robert was funny and even mentioned that he was crying. When asked why, Tatum reportedly pointed to Kris and said, “Because he loves you.”
In a confessional, Kris described the experience as extraordinary, reflecting on how remarkable it is for a toddler to recall such detailed interactions with a grandfather he never met. She added that Tatum sometimes says goodnight to Robert as if he is physically present in the room.
Robert Kardashian Sr., the famous attorney known for his role on O.J. Simpson’s defense team, passed away in September 2003 at the age of 59, just two months after being diagnosed with oesophageal cancer.
While some viewers see Tatum’s connection as a deeply spiritual experience, others remain skeptical. Nevertheless, the Kardashian family’s reaction made it clear that the moment felt very real and meaningful to them.
