Hon Bright Iyamu Congratulates Ambassador Wesley Asoro, Others on Appointment as Justice Of The Peace

The honourable member representing Orhionmwon South Constituency in Edo State House of Assembly, Hon Bright Iyamu has congratulated Ambassador Wesley Asoro, CEO Wesley Hotel, and others on their appointment as Justice Of The Peace (JP) by the Edo State Government.
The epoch event was held at the Conference Hall, High Court Complex on Monday, 21st October 2024.
Hon Iyamu in a congratulatory message signed by him, stated “I congratulate the illustrious sons and daughters of Orhionmwon on their appointment as Justices of the Peace (JP) Ambassador Wesley Asoro, and others, this appointment shows your dedication and commitment to the development of humanity, Orhionmwon LGA and Edo State at large.
“I am optimistic this appointment will spur you to do more for the down trodden in our society. It reflects your zeal and resilience for a better society”.
Iyamu further stated ” I am extremely proud of you for this feat as His Excellency, Governor Godwin Obaseki, found you worthy and appointed you Justice of the Peace in Edo state. I wish you greater heights in all your endeavors”, he added.
The Chief Justice of Edo State, Hon. Justice Daniel Okungbowa who administer the oat of office charged the new Justices of the Peace (JP) to uphold the highest standards of integrity, emphasizing that their role extends beyond an honourary title to shouldering significant responsibilities in their community, play more vital roles in promoting justice and resolving disputes within their communities.
