Skinetics, one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing aesthetic and skincare brands, is set to launch its newest centre in Abuja on November 29, marking a significant expansion as the brand strengthens its presence across the country.
Founded in 1994 in Los Angeles, California, Skinetics was established by Dr. Bruce Nwachie, who practised cosmetic medicine in the U.S. for nearly 27 years before relocating to Nigeria. Under his leadership, Skinetics has grown into both a premium treatment centre and a school for skincare professionals.
Speaking on the brand’s mission, Dr. Bruce Nwachie said:
“We have come to realize that in Nigeria’s beauty industry, there are many unqualified practitioners. They rely on YouTube and TikTok for training. That’s why we opened a school — in skincare, there’s zero margin for error.”
Ahead of the Abuja launch, Chuka Imo, Chief Operating Officer and aesthetic physician, emphasized the brand’s client-focused approach:
“We’re passionate about anti-aging and helping people prioritise skin care. At Skinetics, we don’t just perform procedures; we build long-term relationships with clients, promoting holistic lifestyle changes. The way you look is the way you feel, and our Abuja clients expect nothing less than the highest standards.”
Dr. Michael Awa, Chief Medical Officer and aesthetic physician, highlighted the team’s expertise:
“Teamwork drives results. We recently completed advanced training courses in Europe, and we’re bringing these world-class skills back to Nigeria to serve our clients in Lagos and Abuja.”
With the Abuja centre launch, Skinetics continues to set a benchmark in Nigeria’s skincare and aesthetic medicine industry, combining professional training, high-quality treatments, and client-focused care.
