A sensational claim has surfaced in an ongoing legal dispute involving the Presley family, alleging that Riley Keough donated eggs used by John Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston to conceive their youngest son, Ben (born 2010, now 15).
The allegation appears in an amended complaint filed Tuesday, December 16, 2025, by Priscilla Presley’s former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, in their $50 million breach-of-contract lawsuit against Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garcia. Kruse claims the information came from Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, who allegedly said:
- Travolta and Preston initially used eggs from Lisa Marie Presley (due to Preston’s reported fertility issues).
- They later switched to Riley’s eggs, rejecting Lisa Marie’s over concerns about her past opioid use (phrased crudely as not wanting “eggs with heroin”).
- Riley, then around 21, received $10,000–$20,000 and a vintage Jaguar in exchange.
The filing includes purported evidence like handwritten notes referencing “CA fertility partners,” “Ben Travolta,” and “Kelly Preston carried baby,” plus texts allegedly calling Ben Priscilla’s “great-grandson.” Lockwood reportedly wanted to leverage the “secret” for financial gain post-Lisa Marie’s 2023 death.
Priscilla Presley’s attorneys, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, blasted the claims as “outrageous,” “shameful,” and unrelated to the case: “Kruse and her co-conspirators have demonstrated there is no bar too low, no ethical line they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.” They vowed to address it in court.
Kruse and Fialko’s lawyer, Jordan Matthews, said they were “heartbroken” to file the amendment but aimed to “reveal the truth” amid family volatility.
No response yet from representatives for John Travolta, Riley Keough, or Michael Lockwood. The claims remain unproven allegations in a contentious lawsuit stemming from business disputes (Priscilla previously sued Kruse for elder abuse and fraud; Kruse denies it).
Travolta and Preston (who died in 2020) publicly presented Ben as their biological child, alongside daughter Ella Bleu (25) and late son Jett (died 2009).
