Okpebholo visits families of slain victims in Kano

Hon Bright Iyamu, Member, Edo State House of Assembly, Orhionmwon South Constituency has officially issued a statement applauding the exemplary leadership of the Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo
in the wake of the recent tragic killing in Uromi.
The press release underscores the Governor’s commitment to public safety and his prompt action to ensure justice and restore community confidence.
“In these trying times, the rapid and effective measures taken by the Edo State government have been commendable,” said Iyamu. “The swift deployment of security forces, the initiation of an immediate investigation, and the transparent communication from the state leadership, his visits to families of slain victims in Kano, have not only reassured the residents of Uromi but have also set a high standard for Governance in our region.”
Highlighting the Governor’s proactive approach, the statement noted that his administration acted decisively by coordinating with law enforcement agencies, community leaders, investigative bodies and visiting Kano State where he was received by Governor Abba Yusuf. He assured the bereaved families and the people of Kano State that justice will be served.
