Coordinator Office of the First Lady Admonishes Dance Troupe on Academy Excellence

A charge has been given to a group, Senator Okpebholo Gorgeous Dancers and Sonorous Singers to take their academic work seriously.
The charge was given in a welcome address by the Coordinator, Office of the First Lady, Edo State, Mrs. Edesili Anani to the dance group in her office at the Government House in Benin City.
While highlighting the importance of dancing as a beneficial activity, Mrs. Anani appreciated the group’s efforts, noting that dancing wasn’t only a form of exercise that aids physical fitness and coordination, but also a valuable part of extracurricular activity that fosters creativity and self-expression.
She counselled the Troupe to take their education seriously, emphasising the importance of pursuing their studies to acquire knowledge and develop essential skills.
Mrs. Anani offered her best well-wishes to the Troupe and prayed for God’s guidance, protection, and blessings in their affairs.
In their remark, leader of the Troupe, Mr. Jerry Ohenhen, said the group was composed of selected students from various Government schools in Edo State and the visit was an opportunity for them to celebrate the Coordinator, Office of the First Lady’s development strides.
A student of Imaguero Senior Secondary School, Miss Osaigbovo Eunice who also spoke on behalf of the Group, expressed gratitude to Mrs. Anani for her inspiring words. She appreciated Mrs. Anani’s positive contributions to the State and sought for collaborations from her office.
