Reassures residents of speedy completion

The members of Edo State House of Assembly Committee on Works and Public Utilities recently carried out an oversight functions with the inspection of ongoing road projects at Temboga Road and Adesuwa street in the New Benin axis of the state.
The committee led by the Chairman, Hon Bright Iyamu were guided on the tour by the project manager of Temboga road Engr. Tiamiyu Ibrahim.
The project manager told the committee that before the reconstruction of the road, it was not passable and motorable.
According to him, the road was in a deplorable and abandoned state due to gully erosion, but the road is now wearing a new look.
” we have actually completed the concrete works and done the gully reclamation and presently on the stage of basement and laying the stone base.”
The committee chairman, Hon. Iyamu commend Edo state Governor, Mr Godwin Obaseki for the great work he is doing in Edo state. “yesterday we inspected the Benin- Abraka Road, Okogbo, Ugboko and Ugo axis in Orhionmwon local government area”.
Today we are in Ikpoba- Okha Local Government area, to inspect Temboga road and Adesuwa street off New Benin.
