Hon. Bright Iyamu, member representing Orhionmwon South Constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly, has extended warm greetings to Muslims ummah in Orhionmwon Local Government Area, Edo State, and across Nigeria as the Holy Month of Ramadan begins.
Hon. Iyamu urges muslims ummah to use this sacred period for prayers, reflection, and acts of kindness, emphasizing the importance of peace, unity, and compassion in society.
“As we welcome the Holy Month of Ramadan, I, join our Muslim ummah in celebrating this sacred season of fasting, devotion, and self-discipline.
This is a time to draw closer to Allah, extend love to one another, and uplift the needy in our communities,” Hon. Iyamu stated.
“I encourage everyone to embrace the values of patience, sacrifice, and generosity that Ramadan teaches. Let us use this period to pray for our dear Orhionmwon, Edo State, and Nigeria, for peace, progress, and the well-being of all.”
“May Almighty Allah accept our fasting, supplications, and good deeds, and may this Ramadan bring us all divine blessings, renewed strength, and spiritual fulfillment,” he added.
Ramadan Kareem!
