UNIBEN Set for Transformation with Dynamic New Governing Council

In a historic move aimed at revitalizing the University of Benin (UNIBEN), President Bola Tinubu has approved a new list for the institution’s governing council, appointing five distinguished individuals to lead the university into a new era of academic excellence and innovation. At the helm of the newly constituted governing council is Prof. Umar Shuibu from Gombe, who will serve as the Chairman. Prof. Shuibu is a renowned academic with a robust track record in educational administration and research.
